Our OMB hearing concluded today. We finished off with final submissions standing our ground that this application should be turned down on the basis of poor planning! Our fate now falls in the hands of the board member, Mr. Hefferon. He has a lot of evidence to review and we will update all of you as soon as we receive his written decision.
Thank you everyone who has stood by our sides, participated in walks, fundraisers, and attended the hearing. Your energy and constant encouragement has been the driving force to keep us forging ahead. No matter what the outcome, we feel this application will be precedent setting for how these applications in the area are handled in the future.
Now we wait!
