Mondays hearing (May 26th) was shut down for mediation - twice. It resumed at 4:00pm to hear the second part of First Nations Shaman Dan Whetung's presentation. There may be another opportunity for the public to speak, we will keep you posted!
Tuesdays meeting (May 27th) again was shut down for mediation. We need to remind you that this is a legal process and has to be treated as such. Bear with us!
Both lawyers (proponents and appellants) and the board member explained to those in attendance that mediation is an important part of the whole OMB process. The hearing has been adjured for the rest of this week...and will be resuming Monday June 2nd 10:00am
