So, from all the visits, I guess everyone is looking to find out what happenned yesterday. The decision was not revealed yesterday. The chairman was Mr. Conti, he was a rather reserve gentleman, and took many notes. He heard both Mr. West and Mr. Ellingswoods' testimony and cross examination, as well as closing arguements. No new evidence was allowed, and the testimonys mimic'd the originals. Unfortunately without hearing the whole hearing Eric felt the member couldnt really understand the depth of the other environmental issues, like dust, blasting, noise etc.
he suggested redoing the hearing. Eric Gillespie once again brought case law into it, with the exhibit from Ostrander Point.
Like all of you, we wait. Thanks for staying involved and interested.
We will keep you posted.
