So, from all the visits, I guess everyone is looking to find out what
happenned yesterday.The decision was not revealed yesterday. The
chairman was Mr. Conti, he was a rather reserve gentleman, and took many
notes. He heard both Mr. West and Mr. Ellingswoods' testimony and cross
examination, as well as closing arguements. No new evidence was
allowed, and the testimonys mimic'd the originals. Unfortunately without
hearing the whole hearing Eric felt the member couldnt really
understand the depth of the other environmental issues, like dust,
blasting, noise etc.
he suggested redoing the hearing. Eric Gillespie once again brought case law into it, with the exhibit from Ostrander Point.
