Lots of interest here, and nothing to report. It has been a year since
our infamous decision. We now wait on the decision of Mr. Conti. We are
hopeful Mr. Conti actively listened to the expert testimony of Rob West.
If the result is a re do, we will be looking for your help and support
again.
In the mean time for those of you who have been checking the status of the case online for a decision, it can no longer be accessed thru the OMB website but rather now thru the Environment and Land Tribunals Ontario website by entering case file PL130149
